Terms and Conditions – Rise Up
Effective Date: 1st July 2025
- Use of Services
By booking or receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms. - Eligibility
Clients must be 18+ or have parental/legal guardian consent. We may refuse treatment based on medical history or if we believe it is not in your best interest. - Medical History
You agree to provide complete and accurate medical information. We may cancel or adjust treatments based on this information. - Consent
You confirm you understand the procedure, potential risks, side effects, and expected outcomes, and will sign a separate consent form for each treatment. - Payments
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. - Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least [e.g., 48 hours] in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or forfeiture of deposit to cover our reasonable costs. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment. If you book and pay for treatments online or over the phone, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the service is provided within that time with your agreement. Refunds for pre-paid packages are at our discretion and may be subject to an admin fee. - Results
Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and additional treatments may be necessary. - Liability
We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury where aftercare instructions are not followed or where medical information was withheld. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. - Aftercare
You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect your results and may incur additional costs for corrective treatment. - Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] and we will aim to resolve it promptly and fairly. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to escalate your complaint to [relevant body, e.g., Care Quality Commission if applicable]. - Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link]. - Intellectual Property
